Winery 2 - visit of the cellar, tasting of 5 wines and light lunch with plate of cheese and salami + 3 typical starters

Winery 3 - visit of the cellar, tasting of 4 wines and light lunch. The menu includes a tasty truffle-flavoured meal: fassona meat with truffle oil and hazelnuts, Barolo-flavored bacon, hard-boiled eggs with tuna-truffled sauce, truffle cheese, herbs cheese, "toma di Langa" cheese, bread with typical sauce and tomato, canapé with truffle butter, honey, jam, hazelnuts and hazelnut cake. There might be seasonal variations.
