LANGHE TOUR BY BUS: ALTA LANGA FOOD, WINE AND PANORAMIC VIEWS

The Alta Langa is the part of the Langhe with the highest average altitude, around 5-600 mt. It is still covered in green woods and has a cooler climate. A land where excellent wines are produced, and at the same time where many delicacies can be found, such as the "tuma" cheese made from cow's and goat's milk and the tasty hazelnuts, main ingredient in several desserts and savory dishes.
The tour takes you to small villages such as Bossolasco, the town of roses, and Murazzano, where the homonymous cheese is produced. A visit to a dairy farm is unmissable and includes a delicious tasting experience with several types of seasonal salami and cheese, accompanied by a glass of wine and a dessert.
The next stop will be at the top of a medieval tower, for a panoramic view and a toast with the new DOCG Alta Langa wine.
In the afternoon, before returning to Alba, there will be one last stop with focus on the hazelnut, its cultivation and its versatility in the recipes. Are you ready to taste some handmade cream with chocolate, ice cream and toasted hazelnuts?
