  1. DAY 1 - Monforte d'Alba, Roddino, Serralunga d'Alba, Castiglione Falletto

    Day 1
    MONFORTE D'ALBA
The ride begins with a visit to the historic center of Monforte d'Alba, one of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy. This ancient hilltop village offers charming glimpses into life in the past, prestigious wines (a must in this area), curious anecdotes, and stories of heresy. The Horszowski Amphitheatre and the famous Big Bench No. 12 are easily reachable by e-bike, allowing you to fully enjoy the surrounding views.

    RODDINO
The route continues towards Roddino, a small town in the heart of the Langhe. Along the way, vineyards gradually give way to small woods and hazelnut groves, where the renowned Tonda Gentile delle Langhe hazelnut is grown—one of the region’s iconic products.

    SERRALUNGA D'ALBA
The ride goes on through gentle ups and downs toward Serralunga d'Alba, in the heart of the Barolo production area, the king of wines from this land. With the e-bike, it is a pleasant climb to reach the historic village and its panoramic viewpoint, at the foot of the majestic castle, considered one of the best-preserved medieval examples in Piedmont.

    CASTIGLIONE FALLETTO
The journey then continues towards Castiglione Falletto, crossing rolling hills rich in the colors and aromas of the vineyards. After a relaxing ride, you arrive in the village for a visit to its historic center, dominated by the castle.

Returning to Monforte brings the first day of cycling to a close, immersed in nature, history, and the authentic flavors of the Langhe. Overnight stay.

  2. DAY 2 - Dogliani, Belvedere Langhe, Monchiero

    Day 2
    DOGLIANI
The second day of the weekly tour exploring the Langhe takes us to Dogliani, birthplace of Italy’s second President, Luigi Einaudi, and home of the renowned Dogliani DOCG wine.
This charming town is not only famous for its outstanding food and wine: lovers of Neo-Gothic architecture will find numerous remarkable buildings here. Much of the town’s architectural charm is thanks to Giovanni Battista Schellino, a celebrated local architect who left a lasting mark on the city’s appearance.

    BELVEDERE LANGHE
The ride continues towards Belvedere Langhe, a tiny yet incredibly panoramic village. The e-bike route winds through gentle hills covered with vineyards, hazelnut groves, and small woods.
Nature is the real protagonist here: the rustling of the wind through the leaves, the birds singing, and the sounds of the landscape create a perfect soundtrack, making the experience even more immersive and relaxing.

    MONCHIERO
The e-bike day concludes with a visit to Monchiero.
The ancient village and its famous Big Bench offer breathtaking views over the entire valley. The climb to reach them can be challenging, but with the support of an e-bike, it becomes an accessible and far more enjoyable experience!

Return to Monforte for the overnight stay.

  3. DAY 3 - Novello, La Morra, Verduno, Roddi, Barolo

    Day 3
    NOVELLO
The third day is the last dedicated to exploring the Langhe of Barolo. The first stop is the panoramic viewpoint of Novello, offering a beautiful view over the valley and the profile of its Neo-Gothic-style castle.
Leaving the village behind, the route continues towards La Morra along a particularly scenic stretch: on the clearest days, you can admire the majestic Monviso in all its grandeur.

    LA MORRA
La Morra is famous for its belvedere, from which you can spot the outlines of numerous castles—one for each village in the Langhe. It is also one of the most well-known towns in the area of production of the renowned Barolo wine.
But La Morra is not only about views and gastronomy: it is also rich in stories and legends, such as the one tied to the majestic Cedar of Lebanon overlooking the valley, where it is said that two lovers once sealed their love.

    VERDUNO
A short ride from La Morra, cycling along the ridge of the hill with alternating views of rolling vineyards and mountain landscapes dominated by Monviso, you reach the small village of Verduno.
Thanks to the e-bike, it’s easy to reach the historic center and fully enjoy the panorama.

    RODDI
Roddi is known for hosting the University of Truffle Dogs. Here you’ll find a specialized training school for dogs used in truffle hunting.
Proper training is essential for successfully finding the prized White Truffle of Alba, one of the region’s most renowned delicacies.

    BAROLO
The final stop of the third day is Barolo, the village that gives its name to the famous wine. Wine lovers should not miss a visit to the Wine Museum, located inside the town’s impressive castle.
In the same building, you will also find the curious Corkscrew Museum, featuring a fascinating collection of unique items—from artistic and unusually shaped corkscrews to more traditional designs.

Return to Monforte for the overnight stay.

  4. DAY 4 - From Langhe of Barolo to Langhe of Barbaresco

    Day 4
The fourth day of this journey through the Langhe is dedicated to the transfer from the Langhe of Barolo to Neive, in the Langhe of Barbaresco.
This change of location can take place in two ways: if you arrived in the Langhe by car, you will be provided with a dedicated itinerary and program; if you arrived by plane, train, or bus, you can make the transfer by e-bike, following this specially designed route.

    GRINZANE CAVOUR
The e-bike itinerary leads to the charming town of Grinzane Cavour. Its impressive and fascinating castle hosts the famous White Truffle World Auction every autumn.
During this event, the village comes alive with visitors and celebrities from all over the world, all united by their passion for one of the most prized products of the Alba area.

    ALBA
Alba, considered the capital of the Langhe, is the most important and populous town in the region. Known as the “city of a hundred towers” in the Middle Ages, it is now renowned for its history, food and wine culture, and local traditions.
The liveliest time of the year is October, when the International Truffle Fair takes place. During these weeks, Alba transforms: historical reenactments, the famous Palio degli Asini ("Palio of the Donkeys, a donkeys' race), and a festive atmosphere bring the entire historic center to life.
After visiting Alba, the route continues cycling through the vineyards: you are now in the heart of the Langhe of Barbaresco.

Today’s tour ends upon arrival at your accommodation, surrounded by the iconic landscapes of these UNESCO World Heritage hills.

  5. DAY 5 - Neive, Rocche dei Sette Fratelli and Barbaresco

    Day 5
    NEIVE
On this fifth day, the tour moves into the Langhe of Barbaresco. The e-bike ride starts from the tourist office in Neive, located in the heart of the ancient village.
Its perfectly preserved historic center makes Neive one of the Most Beautiful Villages in Italy. The first stop is a visit to the medieval village itself, along with the famous Big Bench, part of the Big Bench Community Project.

    THE ROCCHE DEI SETTE FRATELLI
After visiting Neive, the route continues towards Treiso to reach the natural area of the Rocche dei Sette Fratelli ("Cliffs of the Seven Brothers").
Thanks to the e-bike, this route is accessible even to less experienced riders: the climbs are gentler and allow everyone to reach the panoramic viewpoint, which is also equipped as a picnic area.
The Rocche are striking sandy canyons shaped over time by water erosion, a typical formation of the Langhe landscape. This place is also wrapped in a fascinating legend: it is said that seven brothers, exhausted by rural life, challenged God, who punished them by opening a chasm that swallowed them forever, giving rise to the Rocche.

    BARBARESCO
The ride continues along paths and quiet roads immersed in extraordinary scenery, among vineyards of countless shades and the sounds of nature.
Cycling along, you reach the medieval village of Barbaresco, which gave its name to the renowned wine. In the heart of the village stands the medieval tower, from whose top you can enjoy breathtaking views over the Tanaro River and the entire valley.
This ancient structure once served as a watchtower and defensive outpost against potential enemy attacks.

Barbaresco marks the final stop of the fifth day: after the visit, the ride continues for the last stretch towards your accommodation, once again surrounded by the peaceful hills.

  6. TAPPA 6 - Trezzo Tinella, Pavaglione and Coazzolo

    Day 6
    TREZZO TINELLA AND THE PAVAGLIONE
We have reached the sixth and final day of the e-bike tour exploring the Langhe and their extraordinary natural beauty.
Today’s route once again starts from the Tourist Office in Neive and is one of the most scenic of the entire itinerary. Leaving the town center, you ride through vineyards, hazelnut groves, and small woodlands, along a succession of gentle ups and downs. The colors, scents, and sounds of the Langhe countryside accompany every stretch of the route, offering an immersive and relaxing experience.
The first village you encounter is Trezzo Tinella, a small rural hamlet where you can truly feel the authenticity of the most genuine Langhe.
Leaving the village, you continue towards the Pavaglione, an ancient Piedmontese farmhouse often mentioned in the works of Beppe Fenoglio. From here, a breathtaking panoramic view opens over the valley—perfect for a restorative break that refreshes both body and spirit.

    COAZZOLO
After admiring the view from the Pavaglione, the ride continues towards Coazzolo, another charming village nestled in the quiet of the hills.
Here you will find the "Moscato Chapel", decorated by David Tremlett, and one of the famous Big Benches: the Big Bench number 26. Lovers of scenic viewpoints and these iconic installations will surely appreciate this stop. The Big Bench Community Project, born right here in the Langhe thanks to Chris Bangle, has spread over the years to many other locations across Italy.

With Coazzolo, today’s tour comes to an end, and with it the sixth and final day of this journey discovering the Langhe: an experience of nature, culture, and unforgettable landscapes.
