After a brief introduction to the history of the Family, you will discover the art of distillation, the secrets of the master distillers, and the long process behind the preparation of spirits.
The experience includes a visit to the historic distillery with a continuous steam system and to the distillery with a discontinuos bain-marie system, as well as the aging cellars and the family’s private collection. There will also be a small surprise: an evocative tour in a special location.
At the end of the tour, a selected tasting of grappas, liqueurs, and aperitifs awaits you, accompanied by traditional small Piedmontese pastries.
