Going for a truffle hunt in the woods, be it black or white truffle, it is certainly one of the most exciting and intense experiences that Langhe, Monferrato and Roero can offer. The "Trifulau" (truffle hunter), together with their 4-legged friend, will accompany you on this fantastic adventure.
After the activity, a wonderful wine-tasting awaits for you in a cellar.

In the area of Langhe of Barolo wine you will be able to enjoy an unforgettable experience. Together with the "trifulau" - the truffle hunter - and his dog, you will explore the woods to find the precious truffles.
The hunt activity lasts 1 hour and half. At the end of it, you will visit a cellar close by. After the visit of the cellar, you will taste: 1 glass of red wine, 1 glass of Barbera d’Alba, 1 glass of Langhe Nebbiolo and 1 glass of Barolo. Not to mention a tasty truffle-flavoured meal: fassona meat with truffle oil and hazelnuts, Barolo-flavored bacon, hard-boiled eggs with tuna-truffled sauce, truffle cheese, herbs cheese, "toma di Langa" cheese, bread with typical sauce and tomato, canapé with truffle butter, honey, jam, hazelnuts and hazelnut cake. There might be seasonal variations.
